BAYTOWN – A venture of Pontikes Development and McNair Interests is expanding the Port 10 Logistics Center, a nearly 250-acre business park near the southeast corner of I-10 and Thompson Rd., with two new industrial buildings.

The JV has broken ground on Building 3, a 450,770-sf rail-served building scheduled for completion in the third quarter, and a 179,000-sf building set for delivery in the fourth quarter.

Building 3 will have on-site truck, trailer, container, and rail-car storage capabilities. The rail yard component will have an initial capacity of 420 cars and could be expanded up to 2,000 in the second phase.
