WYLIE – Houston-based Lovett Industrial and Chicago-based Cresset Partners have broken ground on a 274,416-sf Class A industrial building along SH 78.
Wylie Business Center will be a state-of-the-art rear-load facility with a 36-ft clear height, seven-inch reinforced concrete slab, 55 dock-high doors, 185-ft truck courts, 77 trailer stalls, and 154 parking spots. It will include a fully improved road (Anson Pkwy.) and multiple access points.
JLL is overseeing industrial marketing, and Younger Partners is handling retail marketing. First National Bank of Omaha is providing construction financing. The Conlan Company is the general contractor, Ware Malcomb is the lead architect, and Kimley Horn is the project’s civil engineer.
Construction is expected to be completed December 2023.
Wylie Business Center is Lovett Industrial’s fifth industrial development in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
