HOUSTON – Hicks Ventures is developing Framework @ Block 10, a 200,000-sf fully mass-timber office building at 10496 Old Katy Rd.
The six-story project will sit on 2.7 acres and have 5,000 sf of restaurant space on the ground floor.
The building will be designed to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by using LED lighting, sensory systems, and solar energy.
