SAN ANTONIO – The Tin Top apartments, a 338-unit luxury multifamily development at 815 E. Ashby Pl., is set to open to the public this spring.
The project will have one-bedroom units starting at 579 sf and two-bedroom units up to 1,752 sf with an average rent of $2,165.
Amenities will include a seafood restaurant, rooftop restaurant, coffee shop, tapas spot, and a basement artisan pizza restaurant.
It was originally scheduled to begin leasing in second quarter 2022, but supply chain issues hampered the project.
