HOUSTON – Meristem Communities has broken ground on Indigo, a 235-acre residential community off of SH 99 and U.S. Hwy 90.
The 750-home project will also include a 25-acre lake, several miles of trails, and 42 acres of farm and pasture.
Completion of the first phase of construction is slated for February 2024, with an additional two phases opening over the next two years.
