KATY – Julie Rivers Development plans to construct 23 one-story professional or medical office buildings at the intersection of Jordan Ranch and Kingsland Blvd.
The 23 buildings are designed as four- and five-plexes but can be combined in multiples of 1,225 sf up to 6,125 sf. Each unit will include a restroom, kitchen, and reception area.
The development also includes a 27,750-sf retail building and a detention pond on the western side of the property.
Presale prices begin at $389,950.
Ground break is slated for May with completion expected in first quarter 2024.
