AUSTIN – Aspen Heights Partners will redevelop the former HealthSouth rehabilitation hospital into a residential project.
Plans include two 37-story towers at 1215 Red River St. and 606 E. 12th St.
The project will have 921 apartments combined, with 25 percent of units set to be leased at affordable rates for at least 99 years.
