McKINNEY – Columbus Realty is development a five-acre apartment and retail project on the eastern edge of downtown.
The four-story rental community on Virginia St. will include 328 apartments and townhomes and a 4,000-sf retail plaza.
It will replace several old commercial structures along SH 5.
JPMorgan Chase Bank provided $39 million in financing.
