AUSTIN – The Kroger Co. has opened a 70,000-sf delivery service center at Tuscany Logistics Center.
The Cincinnati-based grocer signed a six-year lease.
Tuscany Logistics Center is a 373,648-sf development owned by Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial.
Target and Diligent Deliver occupy the other two buildings.
