TOMBALL – Ascendant Development has broken ground on Haven at Treeline, a luxury apartment complex at 17748 N. Eldridge Pkwy.
The project will have 231 units across seven three-story buildings. It will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 670 to 1,274 sf.
Amenities will include a resort-style saltwater pool, fitness center, spin room, game room, clubroom, and bark park.
Preleasing is slated for summer 2024.
