KATY – The Katy Heritage Society has started on the first phase of renovations to the former rice silos along SH 90.
The project will include a 33,000-sf beer garden, museum, gift shop, green space with play areas, and miniature train that will loop the three-acre property.
Completion is slated for summer 2023.
