FLOWER MOUND – Realty Capital has broken ground on a 200-unit multifamily project.
The 16-story building will be at 3111 Sunset Blvd. within a 40-acre development
It will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans as well as townhomes. The units will average 1,485 sf.
Amenities will include a pool, lobby with concierge services, private dining room, billiards room, and 6,000 sf of retail space.
Completion is slated for 2025.
