HOUSTON – D’Agostino Companies has broken ground the City Place Phase 2 multifamily development.
The 276-unit garden-style project will be at 1510 League Line Rd. The Class A complex is zoned to the Willis Independent School District.
It will include one- to three-bedroom floor plans averaging 964 sf. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, pickle ball courts, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, and clubhouse with fitness center, social area, and golf simulator.
Blazer Builders started work earlier this month. Opening is set for November 2023.
The first phase of the project, The Reserve at City Place, delivered in 2021.
