CELINA – Work has started on the first phase of Celina Station, a mixed-use project at the corner of Preston Rd. and Ash St.
Phase one will have 60,000 sf of retail, office, and medical office space.
At buildout, Celina Station will also have 336 multifamily units and multiple acres of parks, sports courts, and walking trails.
