DALLAS – Box Investment Group is developing Skyway Logistics Center in Irving and M380 Business Park in Denton.
Skyway Logistics Center will be an 84,406-sf building at 3260 Skyway Cir. N. It will have 32-ft clear heights and suite sizes ranging from 29,238 to 84,406 sf.
M380 Business Park will have four buildings totaling 156,090 sf at 1801 N. Masch Branch Rd. It will have suites ranging from 6,000 to 25,000 sf and separately platted parking.
The Denton project will break ground in early 2023 and deliver in first quarter 2024.
