HOUSTON – Hines has acquired Pinto 23, a 282,190-sf industrial facility.
The building has 36-ft clear heights, 76 dock doors, 112 trailer parking spaces, and 4,604 sf of office space.
The cross-dock property, which delivered in October 2022, is within a 5.3 million-sf development.
The sellers were Griffin Partners and Pinto Realty Partners.
JLL brokered the deal. CBRE will handle leasing.
