NEW BRAUNFELS – Imprint Property Group has opened Larkspur at Creekside, a 184-unit senior housing complex at 2828 Sophie Ln.
The community has one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom cottages. Rents range from $1,600 to $3,206.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, and outdoor courtyards with sports courts, a kitchen, lounge, and coffee bar.
Denver Capital Management handled construction. Zions Bank provided a $24.8 million loan.
