CYPRESS – Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Cypress Springs, a 330-unit multifamily project.
The project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a pool, business center, clubroom, fitness center, dog park, and outdoor kitchen.
Completion is slated for August 2023.
