ROSHARON – Montford Capital Partners has purchased Savannah HWY6 Self Storage, a 678-unit self-storage facility at 14215 SH 6.
The Class A facility has six single-story storage buildings and 900 sf of office space. It has drive-up units, cylinder locks, gate access, and on-site management.
JLL represented the seller, Quintet Capital Group.
