FRISCO – A joint venture between Corinth Land and Prattco Creekway Industrial has purchased a 50,000-sf commercial building.
The property was built in 2018 on five acres at 6300 Flyers Way.
This is the venture’s second local purchase. The first was a 60,000-sf industrial building at 7255 Meadow Hill Dr. bought earlier this year.
