SPRING – A joint venture between Braintree Properties and Cadence McShane has started construction on Aviva Terranova Independent Senior Living Community.
The 140,000-sf campus will have four-story structures with a total of 163 independent-living units.
Amenities will include a pool, library, fitness center, theater, cybercafé, and 215-space parking garage.
Completion is slated for late 2023.
Integral Senior Living will operate the property.
