1.8M-sf industrial project slated for Schertz

​SCHERTZ – Core5 Industrial Partners LLC is developing a 1.8 million-sf warehouse complex at 4703 Scenic Lake Dr.

The four-building site w​ill be built in two phases. 

Phase one will include Buildings A and B, measuring 536,068 and 468,280 sf, respectively​.

Construction begins in January 2023. Phase one will deliver in fourth quarter 2023.​

Core5 acquired the three-parcel, 381-acre site for around $5.7 million. 

Partners Real Estate brokered the deal.​
