FRISCO – Bell Partners has purchased Residences at Starwood, a 234-unit multifamily property at 6595 Lebanon Rd.
Built in 1998, the property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 662 to 1,465 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
Bell acquired the asset as a part of a $313 million portfolio consisting of 846 units across four properties. It will rebrand the asset as Bell Starwood.
