DALLAS – Odyssey Properties Group has purchased three multifamily properties totaling 578 units.
The properties are:

Huntington Meadows, a 250-unit asset at 2311 Stratton Ln. in Arlington;

The Dalton, a 68-unit property at 1705 Big Sur Dr. in Arlington; and
-
The Belmont, a 260-unit community at 1920 W. Tarrant Rd. in Grand Prairie.
The Arlington communities were built adjacent to each other in 1984. The Belmont delivered in 1983.
All assets have one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Combined amenities include a fitness center, tennis court, pet park, business center, three pools, and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
