SAN ANTONIO – Vero Sade has broken ground on two local multifamily projects.
Bulverde Oaks will be a 444-unit garden-style complex at 4710 N. Loop 1614 in San Antonio.
Cibolo Commons will be a 288-unit mid-rise on FM 1103 in Cibolo.
Both properties will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,000 sf.
The projects will be complete by mid-2024.
