McKINNEY – Sphinx Development will open 380 Villas, a $65 million affordable housing project, in 2024.
The 14-acre project will have 260 units composed of 36 studios and 82 one-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom, and 22 three-bedroom units.
Rents will range between $866 and $1,400 depending on unit size and income restrictions. Units are reserved for those making less than 60 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include a pool, playground, half-court basketball court, dog park, and clubhouse with coworking space.
