ARLINGTON – Harmony Apartments, a 616-unit multifamily asset at 2216 Plum Ln., has been sold.
Built in 1984, the 21-acre community has two pools, outdoor grilling areas, clubhouse, fitness center, and business center.
The seller, Archway Equities, acquired the property as part of a six-property, 1,632-unit portfolio in 2019.
IPA marketed the property for sale.
