SPRING – Landmark Properties and Principal Real Estate Investors are developing The Everstead at Windrose, a 194-unit single-family rental community at 7801 FM 2920.
The build-to-rent community will have townhomes, single-family homes, and cottage-style units.
Amenities will include a pool, coffee bar, playground, fitness center, grilling area, and dog park.
Landmark Construction is the general contractor. TSB Capital Advisors secured a $37.8 million construction loan from Regions Bank on behalf of the partnership.
Work starts this month and will wrap up in 2024.
