CONROE – Shea Homes has broken ground on Evergreen, a 740-acre community on the northwest corner of FM 242 and FM 1314.
The first phase will include 247 home sites consisting of 40- to 70-ft lots. It will have 2,000 homes at buildout.
Amenities will include a recreation center and trails.
Builders will include Shea Homes, Chesmar Homes, and Perry Homes.
The project team includes META Planning + Design, land planning services; Elevation Land Solutions, engineering; and TBG Partners, landscape architect.
Sales begin in spring 2023.
