SAN ANTONIO – Cambridge Development Group and Preston Hollow Community Capital have broken ground on WatersEdge, a 200,000-sf office project.
The two-building development will be in the 1,308-acre Brooks master-planned community.
Transwestern will lease the development.
Completion is slated for third quarter 2023.
