FRISCO – Two warehouses totaling 244,364 sf in Star Commerce Center have been sold.
The buildings, delivered between 2020 and 2022, have 32-ft clear heights and 15 percent office finishes.
They were fully leased at the time of sale. Tenants include GEA Food Solutions and Vivint.
Blue Star Land sold the assets to Lincoln Property Co. JLL brokered the deal.
