McKINNEY – Billingsley Co. is developing Chase at Wilson Creek, an 800,000-sf multifamily project at 6500 W. University Dr.
The project will have 17 residential buildings, three amenity buildings, a detached garage, and standalone garage. Phase I will use 27.6 acres of the 58-acre site.
Construction will begin by the end of November, with phase one wrapping in May 2024.
Billingsley purchased the site in 2005.
