SPRING – Braintree Properties and Cadence McShane are building the Aviva Terranova Independent Senior-Living Community.
The four-story, 140,000-sf facility will have 163 one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a fitness center, pool, theater, library, café, and 215-space parking garage.
Completion is slated for the end of 2023.
