ADDISON – Five retail tenants have signed leases in Prestonwood Place, a 107,000-sf shopping center.
One Medical is now open. Three more—Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar, Asian Mint, and Sweetgreen—will open by the end of the year. The last one, Buff City Soap, will open in 2023.
Northwood Retail procured all the tenants.
