IRVING – DFW Park 161 AMZL, a 219,000-sf industrial property at 3000 SH 161, has been sold.
Constructed in 2022 as a build-to-suit for Amazon, the property is on 55.7 acres with 1,440 parking spaces and 9.3 percent office finish.
JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Perot Development Co. and Invesco Real Estate.
