HUNTSVILLE – Spartan Investment Group is adding 303 units to the FreeUp Storage facility at 20 FM 1791.
FreeUp currently has 320 units and 45,000 sf of net rentable space.
The expansion will add 31,700 sf of climate-controlled space and 12,940 sf of non-climate-controlled space.
Construction will be complete by the end of the year.
