PROSPER – Urban Heights Real Estate acquired 35 acres at the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Frontier Pkwy. to build a 282,000-sf retail project.
The center will have anchor and small-shop retail space as well as pad sites.
Groundbreaking is set for 2024.
