WACO – SkyWalker Property Partners and Zelevie Health have acquired the Healthcare Resort of Waco, a 116-bed senior housing facility at 5801 Crosslake Pkwy.
The 77,000-sf property has 30 assisted-living beds, 86 skilled nursing beds, lounges, outdoor terraces, a media room, and putting green.
Completed in 2015, the facility has been closed since 2018. It will reopen in fourth quarter 2022.
