SAN ANTONIO – Stream Realty Partners has begun work on Interpark Logistics Center, a five-building, 689,215-sf industrial park near San Antonio International Airport.
Buildings will range from 119,600 to 155,475 sf. Each building will have 24 dock doors, two drive-in ramps, 32-ft clear heights, 130-ft truck depths, and ESFR sprinkler systems.
Construction wraps in August 2023.
