Kelsey-Seybold expanding medical center

​​​SUGAR LAND – Kelsey-Seybold is expanding its Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center at 11555 University Blvd.

The project includes a four-story, 135,000-sf building with a cancer center and an ambulatory surgery center.

The facility will be more than twice the size of the existing one, which is 65,000 sf.

The ambulatory surgery center will add four operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms, and one procedure room.

The campus was designed by Kirksey Architecture. Gamma Construction is the general contractor. 

Completion is slated for late next year.
