SAN ANTONIO – RightQuest Residential has broken ground on Paloma San Antonio, a 264-unit luxury apartment community.
The Class A complex is on 13 acres along I-10 just east of Loop 1604 in the Paloma master-planned community.
It will offer one- and two-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,085 to $1,640 per month.
Amenities will include a resort-style clubhouse with a business center, fitness center, swimming pool with poolside cabana and BBQ areas, electric car charging stations, package lockers, community dog parks, amenitized pavilions, detached garages, onsite storage facilities, and covered parking.
The project team includes Allen-based Cross Architects, the San Antonio office of Kimley-Horn, and Houston-based Nations Construction. The Houston Group originated the conventional construction financing through Veritex Community Bank.
Units will be ready for tenants in fall 2023.
