RightQuest breaks ground on SA apartment

​​SAN ANTONIO – RightQuest Residential has broken ground on Paloma San Antonio, a 264-unit luxury apartment community.

The Class A complex is on 13 acres along I-10 just east of Loop 1604 in the Paloma master-planned community. 

It will offer one- and two-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,085 to $1,640 per month.  

Amenities will include a resort-style clubhouse with a business center, fitness center, swimming pool with poolside cabana and BBQ areas, electric car charging stations, package lockers, community dog parks, amenitize​d pavilions, detached garages, onsite storage facilities, and covered parking. ​

The project team includes Allen-based Cross Architects, the San Antonio office of Kimley-Horn, and Houston-based Nations Construction. The Houston Group originated the conventional construction financing through Veritex Community Bank.

Units will be ready for tenants in fall 2023.
