HOUSTON – Better World Holdings and Crown Capital Ventures have purchased Serenity at Cityside.
The 362-unit multifamily property at 6061 Beverly St. has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, and picnic areas.
The new owners will invest nearly $6 million in capital improvements.
The property will be rebranded as Aura Galleria.
