BAYTOWN – McNair Interests and Pontikes Development are developing a 337,000-sf facility for FedEx Ground.
The project will be in the Port 10 Logistics Center off I-10 and SH 330. It will include hundreds of parking spots.
FedEx will begin operations at the site in November.
