DALLAS – Law firm Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr has signed a 77,009-sf lease at Ross Tower at 500 N. Akard St.
The firm will move 175 employees into the space this fall. The lease term is 15 years.
Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant. HPI Real Estate Services and Investments owns the building.
