CanTex closes on 224,000-sf of North Texas industrial space

​DALLAS – CanTex Illinois Partners has acquired two warehouse buildings at 3912 and 4012 Illinois Ave. Sitting on 25 acres, the warehouses comprise 224,000 sf and are fully leased by three tenants. Davidson Bogle Real Estate LLC represented the buyer. The seller, Longview Equity LLC of Austin, was represented by San Francisco-based Preserve West Capital.​ read more…


RangeWater breaks ground on two FW multifamily properties

FORT WORTH – RangeWater has begun work on two multifamily properties on 23 acres in the Beechwood neighborhood. The first, called Palo, is a 120-townhome build-to-rent community with three-bedroom units. Softwood lumber still adding $14K to new-home price
