FORT WORTH – RangeWater has begun work on two multifamily properties on 23 acres in the Beechwood neighborhood.
The first, called Palo, is a 120-townhome build-to-rent community with three-bedroom units.
The second, called Ellianna, is a 325-unit apartment complex with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Construction wraps on both complexes in 3Q2023.
