KATY – Work is underway on The Enclave on Mason Creek, a 192-unit project by developer Wan Bridge.
Construction began in early July with the first residences to be completed at the beginning of 2023.
Mason Creek will have three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,430 to 1,750 sf. Amenities will include playgrounds, parks, and walking trails.
BMO Harris Bank provided construction financing for the project.
