McKINNEY – AHV Communities will develop a 157-unit single-family rental project on 38 acres along US 380.
The project will have three- and four-bedroom homes with two-car garages and private backyards.
Amenities will include a fitness center, dog park, pool, clubhouse, bocce ball/game court, and grilling and picnic areas.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2023.
