SAN ANTONIO – DJE Texas Management Group has closed on the DJE North Portfolio, which comprises three multifamily complexes at:
- 12221 Blanco Rd.,
- 7302 University Row, and
- 8631 Fairhaven St.
The properties house a total of 600 units.
DJE will execute a $5.2 million value-add plan. Improvements will include upgrades to in-unit amenities and swimming pools, exterior building renovations, and the addition of washer/dryer units.
Most improvements will be complete by the end of 2023.
