NEW BRAUNFELS – Arizona-based Alliance Residential Company is developing Prose New Braunfels, a 378-unit multifamily complex at 216 S. Kowald Ln.
The 3.5-acre site will comprise 14 buildings, five private garages, 753 street-level parking spots, and a clubhouse.
Construction begins this fall and will last 24 months.
The property is valued at around $1.75 million.
